2010 WAFFP Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

Dear WAFP Supporter:
The 2010 conference planning committee of the Washington Association for Food Protection (WAFFP) invites you to attend our fall conference and sponsor a milk break, set up a vendor display table and/or advertise on our website www.waffp.org. The conference will be held in Chelan, WA Wednesday thru Friday September 22 through September 24, 2010.
Sponsorships go toward food costs, milk breaks as will as other conference expenses. We try to keep conference registration fees as low as possible so that members can afford to attend. Milk break sponsorships and display table rentals are an important part of financing the conference. Sponsors will be highlighted at the conference as well as printed within the attendee packet. Vendor display tables are eight feet long by thirty inches wide, covered and skirted. They will be available for set up on Wednesday September 22 at 6pm. Tables will be located at the rear of the meeting room. Vendors with display tables will have the option for a 5-10 minute presentation at the conference highlighting their product or service. Vendors will also have the option to advertise on the WAFP website sponsor page www.waffp.org for one year for $75. Submit a logo, a 2-3 sentance statement relevant to your company including website address to Jeff Freshley jfreshley@agr.wa.gov. As a vendor attending the conference, we also ask that you register as an attendee. Rates for vendors and members is $200 (early bird rate). Conference registration includes meals, conference materials, annual WAFP membership, and access to our hospitality room.
